Bridge Builder team enters NYC BBQ Cookoff - April 8th 2017

For the second year we will be competing in the NYC BBQ Cookoff in Staten Island. We placed pretty well last year as a novice team and are hoping to move up the standings with our new smoker.

We will be competing in four categories per the KCBS rules: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt, Beef Brisket. There is also an additional award for the people’s choice for Pulled Pork.

We will be giving out samples of pulled pork and the most votes will win 1st – 5th place. Please come out and support the team, free BBQ to be had if you stop by our tent!
